Junior summer Standard Course + Activities

This program is specially designed for students between the ages of 10 and 17. Students participating in this program will have the opportunity to learn and improve their French in Quebec City -a World Heritage Site-, while learning about French-Canadian life and culture.

This program will take place between June 27 and July 29, 2022. It is possible to start any Monday during this time period.

The price includes:
- 20 French lessons per week
- Free time activities during the afternoon (15 hours per week)
- Activities/Excursions during the weekend
- Registration fee
- Teaching materials
- Health insurance.
- Transport in the city

^^The school offers activity programs focused on specific themes. For example it is possible to book a program of theater, dance, cooking, circus, cheerleading, football, hockey, tennis, horse riding.
^^The Junior Program can also be booked with homestay or residence accommodation, meals and transfers. The didactic material has the following price:

- Book: 50 CAD (per level)
- Additional materials: 8 CAD per week

The school offers a transfer service from the airport, train station or bus station. The price is as follows:

- From Quebec: 120 CAD (one way) or 200 CAD (roundtrip)
- From Montreal: 275 CAD (one way) or 550 CAD (round trip)

* Homestay:
- The rooms are individual.
- Arrival is on Sunday and departure on Saturday after the end of the course.
- The placement fee is 235 CAD.
- If you have to follow a special diet, you must pay a supplement of 105 CAD per week.
- If there is availability, you can book a family within walking distance of the school by paying a supplement of 126 CAD per week.

* Student's residence:
- Available between April and August.
- The accommodation search fee is 45 CAD.
- The residence is located outside the school campus.
- Single rooms with shared bathroom and a small communal kitchen with microwave.
- It is possible to borrow a small fridge.
- There is a cafeteria in the building.
- Washers and dryers available.
- Wi-Fi available with an extra fee.
- About 10 minutes by public transport from the school.
- Shopping center with supermarket, restaurant and cafeterias nearby.
- In the residence you can borrow or rent bicycles. A bike path connects the residence with the school.
^ For stays of 4 weeks or more, a superior room can be booked for CAD 595 per week throughout the year. Contact us for more information.

You can start your French course on any Monday, even if you are a beginner.

* The school also offers the following programs:
- Volunteer program.
- "Job search" workshop.
- Professional training courses with a duration between 1 and 3 years in the areas of tourism, hospitality, event's organization... These programs are carried out in cooperation with the Collège Mérici, which is located on the same campus.
- During the summer it is possible to take combined courses like : French and tennis, French and theater, French and cooking, and training for French teachers.

The school is closed on public holidays and classes are not made up or refunded.

According to the type of course a certificate will be issued.
